ELIJAH
Hey! Stop it! Uhh, hold on, my overly bossy colleague is trying to steal my headset! Recall! What are you doing?!

SOPHIA
Sorry not sorry, DevilBat, but we
certainly don’t have time for whatever this is.

DB

SOPHIA
This is Recall. I am commandeering this unfocused attempt at a season trailer to save our listeners from any future bat or devil-related puns.

DB
Listen… I at the night!

ELIJAH
I’ll call you back in a minute! Bye!

DB

ELIJAH
Sophia! You can’t just hang up on superheroes like that!

SOPHIA
I’m not apologizing, Elijah. I know the podcast writer far too well. He was going to stretch this on for at least 4 more minutes, weaving in Batman and Daredevil references in a clunky, haphazard fashion, before segueing to a fourth-wall breaking moment that finally mentions the upcoming season of the show.

ELIJAH
I really don’t get you sometimes.

SOPHIA
Instead of using exposition to tease the next season of Second Fiddles, let’s just do what we did for season 4, and play random clips from upcoming episodes. It’s fun, it doesn’t really give away too much, but it reminds listeners that… we’re back, baby!

ELIJAH
